This form is intended to facilitate current medication refills directly from a doctor at Spruce Hill Veterinary Clinic. We are not able to prescribe new medications for patients of Spruce Hill with this form nor can it refill prescriptions from other veterinary hospitals. Requests will not always be accepted. Please allow for up to two (2) business days for all prescription refill requests. Please submit a separate request for each additional medication.
Prescription Refill requests will be handled from 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
